Package Your Items
Securely pack your products in their original packaging, ensuring the contents are protected to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of arrival.
